At The KittySpout™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference during the transit process.

  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
